Costume Contest Rules
  1. Top 5 winners (1st - 5th place) will be voted on by fellow employees and management team. The prizes will be as follows: 1st place: $250, 2nd place: $100, 3rd place: $100, 4th place: $100, 5th place: $100.

  2. Managers must pass out voting slips on Thursday, October 31st. Management will announce winners after voting slips have been collected. Voting slips must be submitted by: ___________________ on 10/31/2024.

  3. The GM will email the Social Media team photographs of the winners and group pictures of the participating employees.







Disclaimer: This is an internal event for employees only. Must come to work on Thursday, October 31st in a halloween-themed costume at the voting time designated by your GM. Group costumes are allowed, but this means the prize will be split amongst all group members. Cash prizes are taxed. Please keep costumes work appropriate, you are still working and representing the company. If management deems your costume inappropriate, you will forfeit the chance at winning. Any racial, religious, political, sexual, or harmful ideas are against company policy and considered inappropriate. No real or fake weapons of any kind. Rosenthal may use and publish any images of participants taken during the Halloween Costume Contest event including but not limited to any or all social media platforms operated under the Rosenthal Automotive companies. By participating in Rosenthal's Halloween Contest event , you hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
